U of T Professor Creates Free Online Course for Mental Health Management During COVID-19
Steve Joordans, the course’s creator, says the course is designed to help people “learn some skills in order to avoid a lot of the anxiety they’re facing, and how they can find ways to better control it.”

Matthew McConaughey Hosts Virtual Bingo Night for Seniors
And speaking of creativity during quarantine, Matthew McConaughey made headlines this past week when he hosted a virtual bingo night for residents at a senior living facility in Texas.
The residents played along from the safety of their rooms to maintain safe social distancing.

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey Commits $1 Billion to Coronavirus Relief Efforts
Jack Dorsey announced his plan to move $1 billion of Square equity (roughly 28% of his total wealth by his counts) to his Start Small LLC to fund global COVID-19 relief.

Following the relief efforts, Dorsey plans to shift his philanthropic focus to girl’s health education and universal basic income.
To keep things transparent, the $1 billion fund will be publicly tracked — you can even follow along with spending thanks to this Google Doc link shared by Dorsey himself.

Twitter user Tyler Walsh made the internet a happier place this week when his homemade stop-motion LEGO masterpiece went viral.
