Supporting Our Clients and Community
We’re committed to keeping our clients and their goals top of mind. We’re working diligently to complete existing projects, and also providing additional support where needed, including:
- Developing messaging and communicating it to stakeholders, including client staff, customers, and partners
- Initiating interim plans for moving all customer engagement online
- Supplementing marketing departments to fill gaps in staffing
- Providing training and best practices for online services so staff can work from home while remaining connected.
We’re also reaching out to our contacts and community to share how we can assist with the transition to virtual workspaces.
Supporting Each Other
Our team is taking all necessary steps to ensure our health and safety – and although we’re a virtual team, we feel more connected than ever before.
We’re making a concerted effort to check in with one another each day, remind each other to step away from our desks from time to time to breathe in the fresh air, move our bodies, and remember that there’s still a lot of good in the world.
Team members are still working regular hours – from home, and we will always do our best to accommodate our clients’ needs – even if that includes last-minute requests. We’re constantly adding more redundancies into our workflows to maintain business continuity.
