Today is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada. After careful consideration, @spodekandco will be closed. Staying true to our values we feel that it’s imperative to acknowledge the importance of this day. Our team members will be involved in meaningful activities and, earlier this year, we made donations to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society, the Native Women’s Association of Canada and the @downiewenjack Fund. We’d also like to recognize the growing number of mass unmarked graves that are being uncovered across Canada. This is a part of our country’s history and it is vital that we take ownership for the loss of these Indigenous children as a nation.
