This past week our team dedicated time to listen and learn how we can grow to be supportive allies for Black people and other people of colour.
As a team that has navigated our lives through white privilege, knowing where to start both personally and professionally is not only challenging, but uncomfortable. We recognize this discomfort as white fragility, and while we realize such feelings don’t serve a community that needs our support, we also know that this is where growth and change happen.
Instead of our regular format for The Weekly Download, we’ve curated a list of resources that we’d like to share. Whether this list is used for your own education, for sharing with your friends and family, or for introducing to your client or customer network, we’re ready to walk forward as allies together.
